Postage Costs
As a goodwill gesture, we subsidise the cost of postage on all qualifying orders.
- Orders between £100 and £245 – We subsidise the cost of Royal Mail Special Delivery, meaning you pay just £5.95, even though Royal Mail now charges around £10.00.
- Orders over £245 – Royal Mail Special Delivery is completely FREE.
- Orders under £100 – We charge just £2.45 for Royal Mail Signed For delivery, which is also subsidised by us.
Please note that we have a minimum order value of £45.
Order Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders received before 2:00 pm (Monday to Friday) on the same working day.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Returns & Refunds
At DiscountedStamps.co.uk, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
If you wish to return an item, please notify us within the applicable returns period and send the goods back in their original condition.
Returning Your Order
- The cost of returning goods is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or supplied in error.
- We recommend using a tracked or signed-for delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.
- Please include your order number together with the reason for your return to help us process your refund as quickly as possible.
Refund Processing
Once your returned goods have been received and inspected, any refund due will be processed as soon as possible.
Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed after we receive your return.
